New i.MX93 SoM picoLILLY-M93 module
Flexible, robust, powerful and compact.

Our new picoLILLY-M93 system-on-module is based on the NXP i.MX93 Cortex™-A55, 1/2 core (up to 1.7 GHz) with additional Cortex™-M33. With 2 GB LPDDR4L RAM, 8–64 GB eMMC and a micro SD card slot, it offers flexible memory expansion.

For industrial networks, 2x Gbit Ethernet and 2x CAN FD are available. In addition, the module supports 3x USB 2.0 host, 3x UART, I²C, SPI, 10 GPIO and a 24-bit RGB/LVDS display interface. The connection is made via the 100-pin B2B system bus with robust three-point fixing, which ensures reliable integration into baseboards. Operating system: LINUX x.x., Buildroot.

A wide range of baseboard designs allows for flexible and rapid implementation of applications in industry, IoT and HMI systems.
Evaluation kits with different touch displays (5‘/7’/10.1") are available for rapid time-to-market integration.
