    The MicroLiny12 is the smallest SoM complete PC. With the help of the Embbeding – concept a part of the active and passive components is integrated into the printed circuit board, whereby the external dimension is only L22x W29x H4mm. The heart of the super small processor module is a 64bit NXP 1GHz single Arm ® Cortex ®-A53 core. Equipped with two 1G Ethernet controllers with integrated PHY, USB3.0 with PHY, 1x serial and 1x I²C BUS. The system has 2GB of DDR3 memory, which is accompanied by an eMMC flash with 8/16/32GB for the operating system and application software. A µSD card interphase provides for flash expansion.

    A very small module as an application for small systems, IoT gateways, automation, security & monitoring, as a data collector, industrial firewall and others in the IoT field.
