It offers numerous connectivity options such as GB Ethernet and 4-way GB switch, USB, RS232 and RS485, GP I/O (4/4), buttons and LED's. The system is perfectly suited as an IoT gateway, in control cabinet construction, for automation, security and monitoring, as well as a data collector in the IoT sector and Industry 4.0. It can be expanded with a WLAN and 4G modem and is operated with a 9 V - 32 V power supply.

The HS-P-I, HS-P-II and HS-P-IM DIN rail processor systems are characterized by the powerful Cortex™-A7 processor. With a width of only 17.5 mm, these systems are remarkably compact and effective.

The power supply is between 9 V and 32 V in each case. They have several common interfaces that can optionally be galvanically isolated, including Ethernet, µSD card slot, RS232, RS485, GP I/O and optional HB-BUS system. This enables the I/O functions to be extended on the top-hat rail.

The systems are distinguished by:

HS-P-I: the interface CAN bus and SDI-12, optionally WLAN and GSM.

HS-P-II: the extension to double Ethernet.

HS-P-IM: the extension to M-Bus, optionally to LTE.
