The 17.5mm wide DIN rail processor system is controlled by the powerful Cortex ™ -A7, 2x 1GHz CPU. The system has 1GB DDR3 main memory, an eMMC Flash with 8 / 16GB for the operating system and user software is provided. A µSD card drive is used for a flash expansion. The equipment is designed as an M-BUS master that supports up to 5 end devices. Other interfaces are, for example: 1x 10M, 100Mbit Ethernet, 1x USB2.0, 1x RS232, 1x RS485 (Modbus RUT), 2x GPI / O 1/1 and 2 LEDs (1 x blue power, 1x red / green for status indicator) are available to the user.
The system supply is DC24V (9V to 32V).
The HS-P I M is suitable as an M-BUS gateway, data logger with fault indicator, edge computing or cloud bridge in control cabinet construction, for home and industrial automation, security and the like. Monitoring, as a data collector and others in the IoT area.
